About this role:
We are looking for a proactive and creative assistant to help with preparing and managing U.S. immigration cases — especially extraordinary ability visas (EB1, O-1, L-1, etc.) for talented professionals, entrepreneurs, and specialists. This position is not a typical administrative role. It combines creativity, PR strategy, and case coordination. The main goal is to build a strong and believable story around each applicant — highlighting their achievements, background, and professional impact — and to support that story with the right documentation and evidence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with immigration lawyers and coordinate all case-related activities.
• Research different U.S. visa categories (EB1, O-1, L-1, etc.) to identify the best fit for each applicant.
• Develop and shape personal stories that make the applicant’s background stand out.
• Gather and organize evidence that supports the story, including:
• Memberships in professional associations • Media coverage or PR materials
• Awards, recognitions, and major achievements
• Evidence of judging, leadership, or contributions in the field
• Reach out to PR professionals, associations, and organizations to collect additional materials when needed.
• Prepare and maintain case files to ensure everything is accurate and complete.
• Keep all personal and legal information strictly confidential.
Ideal Candidate:
• Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability.
• Good command of English (for communication, reading, and research).
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and curious to learn how immigration and PR cases are built.
• Enjoys problem-solving, teamwork, and working independently.
Compensation:
The probation period is one month with a salary of 7 million UZS. After successful completion, the salary may increase up to 10 million UZS per month, plus additional performance-based bonuses.
Working hours are from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
