CMO / Head of marketing

Golden Goose is a global CPA network specializing in mobile value-added services (mVAS). We bridge the gap between advertisers and affiliate teams worldwide, fostering a powerful and efficient marketing ecosystem.

We are looking for a strong, strategic, and hands-on CMO to lead our marketing efforts.

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute the overarching marketing strategy for Golden Goose.

• Oversee all key marketing functions: performance marketing, content, PR, events, brand, and community.

• Launch and manage multi-channel campaigns aimed at acquiring and retaining advertisers and webmasters.

• Drive brand promotion across relevant industry forums, media outlets, and conferences.

• Analyze performance data and optimize the marketing budget for maximum efficiency and ROI.

You're a great fit if you have:

Experience & Knowledge

• 8+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing on international markets, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Hands-on experience with CPA/affiliate networks, AdTech, and B2B SaaS products.

• Proven track record of building marketing funnels for the B2B segment.

• Strong knowledge of performance marketing tools, content marketing, and event-driven marketing.

Hard Skills

• Expertise in performance marketing and analytics.

• Proficiency in building and optimizing full-funnel customer acquisition and retention strategies.

• Experience in content management.

• Experience in organizing and managing events (e.g., conferences, meetups).

Soft Skills

• Community management and networking skills.

• Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a team.

• Strong negotiation skills, with experience dealing with influencers and media platforms.

• A strategic, results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
