Business development manager

We’re looking for an energetic, proactive, and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing team!

This is a key role in driving our client acquisition and expanding our logistics network locally and globally.

Your Responsibilities:

• Monitor the logistics and freight forwarding market to identify new opportunities and business trends

• Search for and engage with potential clients and logistics partners

• Organize and lead client meetings and business negotiations

• Drive the full sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closing

• Track and analyze KPIs to ensure commercial and operational effectiveness

• Manage customer orders and ensure timely and accurate documentation

• Oversee the contract lifecycle – from drafting to signing and execution

• Prepare and execute monthly sales plans and forecasts

• Deliver detailed monthly and quarterly performance reports

• Propose and implement improvements to existing logistics schemes

• Develop new logistics routes and service offerings to meet customer needs

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–6 years of experience in a transport or freight forwarding company

• Solid knowledge of logistics operations and processes

• English language proficiency – minimum Pre-Intermediate (spoken and written)

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative

• Existing network of clients and agents is a big plus

• High level of responsibility, flexibility, and problem-solving mindset
