Visa support specialist

Overview:

As part of the visa team, Visa Specialist, VSCG will help obtain visas and work permits for NetCracker travelers all over the world.

The main objectives are:

• to organize end to end process of obtaining necessary visas/work authorizations in regard to different countries for travelers;
• to instruct the travelers and assist in process of submission of the visa applications;
• to advise travelers in regard to business/work visas requirements for different countries;
• to prepare and/or obtain supporting documentation for visa applications from the corporate side;
• to advise travelers on post-arrival steps, e.g. registration, opening bank account, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting traveler throughout the entire visa process, from initial request to arrival, registration and de-registration (where required);
• Preparing all visa-related documentation (invitation and support letters, forms, etc.);
• Communicating with the embassies and visa application centers regarding visa applications;
• Communicating with outside counsels, where necessary;
• Compiling visa plans and providing strategy advice;
• Establishing new visa processes in countries where we expect to win/just won the client;
• Providing expertise to Legal, HR and Finance departments to ensure we follow prevailing wage requirements, payroll rules and labor requirements;
• Reviewing and processing invoices from outside counsels;
• Handling visa request through the corporate visa management system, regularly updating it.

Qualification:

• Really good English, decent communication skills; Kazakh - beginner, Russian - conversational.
• Profile Bachelor: Philology/Linguistics/Translation/Teacher of English or similar. Economics/Finance acceptable;
• Operational experience with MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word;
• Сalm and level-headed personality, extremely detailed-oriented, introverts preferred; high tolerance to stultitia hominis a must.
