Performance / Content Marketing Manager (Remote / Part-Time)

A2 Consulting – a representative of the IT group KORUS Consulting, a Hi-Tech Park resident, and a team of professionals specializing in the implementation of business intelligence systems (BI) and corporate data warehouses (DWH) across various industries, covering the CIS, EU, and USA regions.

Now we are looking for someone for our western division - 3Alica, where we help fast-moving US companies turn messy data into revenue.

Clients include eCommerce brands, game studios, digital health startups, and SaaS founders.

We’re testing bold ideas with real traction - and now we’re looking for a marketer to help us scale what works.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and test 1-3 marketing hypotheses per month
• Plan and run LinkedIn & SEO campaigns for 4 ICPs
• Write sharp, conversion-focused landing pages (example: https://v0-3-alica-landing-page.vercel.app)
• Conduct A/B tests, retargeting, and cold traffic campaigns
• (Bonus) Experiment with PartnerStack and founder-led distribution tactics

• AI Intelligence Pods for Digital Health / HIPAA Analytics

• Data & GenAI Squads for Tech Startups (Seed–Series A)

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B performance or content marketing

• Hands-on experience with ABM, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, or similar channels

• Ability to write landing copy, headlines, and LP briefs

• Familiarity with AI / Data / SaaS domains is a plus

• Strong self-management and remote work discipline
