Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Carry out activities to ensure the timely procurement and accounting of equipment. Ensure a high level of interaction with contractors and customers within the company.
Make timely payments for services/procurement used. Implement ongoing control measures to achieve the required KPI targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Searching for and selecting reliable suppliers of IT equipment and services.
- Organising and planning the timely procurement of necessary IT equipment at minimal cost to the company.
- Ensuring high-quality and productive interaction with equipment suppliers on issues related to drafting and signing contracts, paying invoices for IT equipment purchases, and closing documentation.
- Organising the installation and configuration of IT equipment.
- Carry out timely payment for services/procurement used.
- Managing document flow for IT equipment purchases and subsequent maintenance.
- Organising high-quality communication services for company employees.
- Keeping accurate records of IT equipment in internal accounting systems.
Knowledge and Abilities:
- Skills in working with suppliers/partners: searching, negotiating, monitoring delivery times.
- Understanding document flow: applications, invoices, reports, contracts, closing documents.Ability to initiate and drive process improvements and enhancements.
- Resilience and ability to meet critical deadlines with strong planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- High degree of self-motivation and strong team orientation.
- English language proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or above (required for communication with global colleagues).
- Ability to foster and maintain an environment of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the team.
