Here, at Keydev, we are looking for a SMM Design Team Lead to join our Design Team. You will responsible for generating ideas, providing technical support in daily tasks, sharing knowledge, giving regular feedback, and overseeing the workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Create compelling banners for social media and contribute ideas to enhance graphics and branding.
- Maintain a consistent visual style across all SMM materials.
- Develop new templates and refine existing ones.
- Collaborate closely with SMM managers and the creative team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer, including 1+ year in a team lead role, preferably within SMM.
- Proficient in Photoshop and Figma; familiarity with Illustrator.
- Ability to deliver high-quality designs in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color theory.
- Creativity and a strong sense of visual trends in social media.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent team collaboration skills and the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
Nice to have:
- Experience in 3D design and modeling.
- Experience in motion design.
