Project Manager

The international IT company Andersen invites a Project Manager to join our dynamic and highly skilled professional team.

Responsibilities:

• Managing internal projects within business development and consulting initiatives.
• Collecting requirements from stakeholders, plan and track timelines.
• Organizing regular syncs, preparing and delivering progress reports.
• Coordinating the work of consultants, analysts, and SMEs (subject matter experts).
• Overseeing preparation of materials (presentations, proposals, analytical documents).
• Preparing introductory materials for client meetings.
• Maintaining project documentation (plans, reports, roadmaps).
• Keeping knowledge bases, templates, and trackers up to date.
• Developing additional skills in business analysis and consulting practices to complement PM expertise.

Must-haves:

• University degree (preferably in management, economics, IT, or related fields).
• Experience as a Project Manager assistant, coordinator, or Junior Project Manager for 1+ year.
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall), experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Strong soft skills, ability to build effective working relationships both within the team and with clients.
• Structured approach, attention to detail, ability to learn quickly and take ownership of new responsibilities.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in consulting or business development projects, participation in tender processes, preparation of presentations and analytical materials.
