We built our own IT platform that empowers agents to select and book properties for clients, receive professional support, and grow their business.
Today our international team already counts 500+ professionals, and we continue expanding rapidly. After successfully scaling in several markets, we’ve recently launched our office in the UAE.
Now we are looking for a strong Network Development Manager to expand our partner ecosystem and strengthen our presence in the region.
Your Mission:
You will be responsible for developing and growing the partner network of real estate agencies in the UAE.
This role is ideal for experienced Sales Managers, Relationship Managers or Business Development Managers from agencies or developers who have a strong personal network and a deep understanding of the UAE primary real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with real estate agencies through regular meetings with agents and top managers.
- Educate partner agencies on how to effectively use the TrendAgent platform. Conduct presentations, workshops, and onboarding sessions.
- Support partner sales growth by communicating special offers, campaigns, and new product updates.
- Attract new agencies and experienced agents to join the platform. Represent TrendAgent at industry events and conferences.
- Leverage existing relationships with agents and developers to strengthen partnerships and accelerate deal flow.
- Share sales insights and best practices to help partners optimize their performance.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE real estate market.
- Current or previous role as a Sales Manager, Relationship Manager, or Business Development Manager in a real estate agency or developer.
- Strong personal network of active agents and developer contacts in the UAE.
- Proven track record in real estate sales or partner network development.
- Fluent English (C1+) and one additional foreign language (Russian, Arabic, French, etc. is a plus).
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of real estate sales cycles and agency–developer relations.
- Confident, entrepreneurial, and results-driven personality.
What We Offer:
- Probation period: 3 months without fixed salary.
- During this period, the focus is on network expansion, partnership development, and generating measurable sales activity.
- Upon successful completion of the probation period, we are ready to discuss a fixed salary package and individual marketing budget, based on performance and KPIs.
