Property Management Consultant, Dubai

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Property Management Consultant to join our team in Dubai. This role combines client relationship management, property owner advisory, and deal execution.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

- Work with a mix of warm leads and partner referrals

- Conduct meetings with property owners to understand their needs and present tailored management solutions

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and trust

Deal Preparation & Execution

- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and guide clients through the full cycle of agreement closure

- Coordinate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations

Partnership Development

- Develop and expand the company’s network of partners

- Identify and onboard new partners to grow business opportunities

- Maintain strong partner relationships and ensure mutually beneficial collaboration

- Collaborate with internal departments (holiday homes, technical services, real estate) to support partner initiatives

Performance & Reporting

- Track KPIs and provide regular updates to management

- Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and process improvements

- Support the wider sales and operations team in achieving overall business goals

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience

• Experience in real estate or property management is a strong advantage

• Strong English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate or above)

• Ability to negotiate, influence, and build rapport with diverse clients

• Proactive, organized, and result-driven mindset

• Fixed monthly salary of AED 4,000 + attractive uncapped commission (earning potential of AED 12,000–15,000 per month with targets met)
