Map all animation spaces in each boutique and propose innovative ideas to retailers.
Generate revenue through effective management and execution of store animations and mall podium Create and maintain an internal tool for communicating animation plans to be installed in stores
Develop a detailed plan for supplier related to each boutique, including the mapping of animations and future pricing for each animation space
Propose pricing to retailers and establish a communication plan for L’Etoile and retailers regarding animation pricing
Manage monthly revenues report from brand animation and budget
Requesting trade marketing plans from suppliers on an annual basis and updating them on a quarterly basis
Processing information from files received from suppliers into a general register of brand activity, including presentations
Monthly request and processing of new product launch schedules into the unified brand activity register
Negotiate samples, gifts with purchase (GWPs, miniatures, etc.) and beauty advisor from suppliers
Planning, coordination and control of partner marketing in the form of Customer Brand Days, podium animations, strategic launch events, blogger integrations, Letoile Beauty Boxes, participation in shop opening program, sprays and samples
Placement by the supplier of advertisements on LED surfaces of the shop on a monthly basis,
Coop marketing (supplier's outdoor advertising campaigns on OOH, TV, radio and internet with Letoile logo)
Benchmarking and Performance Analysis:
Conduct performance benchmarking against competitors in the market.
Analyse sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
Be proactive in making proposals, stay curious and actively monitor competitors
Develop and implement tools to enhance category performance and drive sales
Communication and Coordination:
Development of media kit for online and offline advertising services (together with the marketing department of head office).
Coordinate with suppliers on the design of advertising areas (in-store podiums, advertising ends, etc.) on a monthly basis
Co-ordinate with suppliers the design of advertising podiums on a monthly basis
Online promo media kit adverts by the supplier on a monthly basis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of business plans
