AgileSoft is looking for Temenos T24 Consultants / Business Analysts to join our outstaff team
for a major Temenos T24 integrator company working with international banks.

We are open to both Middle and Senior level candidates who are ready to work in international teams.

Responsibilities:
- Work with business stakeholders and banking experts to gather, analyze and document requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for Temenos T24 (Transact) modules
- Support implementation and customization of T24 modules (Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Payments, GL, Loans, Deposits)
- Configure T24 versions, enquiries, and parameters according to business requirements
- Assist in designing OFS messages, workflows and integrations with external systems
- Participate in functional testing, UAT, and training sessions with end-users
- Prepare project documentation, process descriptions, and reporting for stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure high-quality delivery

Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst or Consultant in banking/financial software
- Hands-on experience with Temenos T24 (Transact) implementation or support projects
- Strong knowledge of core banking processes (loans, deposits, payments, treasury, accounting)
- Familiarity with T24 parameterization (Versions, Enquiries, OFS messages)
- Ability to write functional specifications and prepare test cases
- Good understanding of SQL for data analysis and validation
- Experience in functional testing and UAT support
- English level: Intermediate or higher (ability to communicate with international teams)

Nice to Have:
- Experience with Temenos Infinity, Payments Hub, or Analytics
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance (AML/KYC, SWIFT, ISO20022)
- Familiarity with integration frameworks (ESB, MQ, REST/SOAP)
- Previous consulting or implementation experience in large banking projects
