Food and IC/Customer Engineering Specialist, Tashkent

Join our Tashkent team as a motivated Food and IC/Customer Engineering Specialist. Support new Food and IC Business in Uzbekistan.

• Drive the introduction and implementation of Food and IC offerings within Uzbekistan.
• Demonstrate technical solutions from the Food and IC Equipment portfolio to customers in laboratory and customer site settings.
• Participate in customer installation audits and engage in design development and proposals for customer tanks upgrade.
• Liaise with customers on topics related to customer installations.
• Engage in local reporting tools (SAP, etc.) to provide transactions in the system and account for customer engineering and cryo segment activities.
• Support local sales in selling newly developed offerings and train sales and engineering teams on food offerings to improve their knowledge.
• Communicate and liaise with marketing functions on customer needs and feedback to ensure development programs are aligned with market requirements.

• Education: A degree in Chemical or Food Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Industry Experience: 2-3 years in Food processes and equipment, chemical industry, or oil and gas.
• Business Awareness: Understanding of cost/benefit analysis.
• Health and Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with workplace safety standards and properties of gases.
• Technical Understanding: Preferably in cryogenics.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to creatively solve problems.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills and project management capabilities.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and liaison skills, ability to influence effectively, and strong diplomacy.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel.
• Languages: Proficiency in Uzbek, Russian, and English.
