We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our Credit Operations team at MD Finance
In this role, you will play a key part in transforming data into actionable insights to support and enhance the performance of our telesales channel. You will work closely with sales and operations teams to analyze call center metrics, build clear and informative dashboards, and help optimize sales strategies through data.

Main Responsibilities:
Collecting and processing data from the VCC telephony system and related sources (Google Sheets, Excel).
Building and automating daily reports on call volume, conversion rates, and operator performance.
Analyzing trends in key metrics: number of calls, connection rates, successful deals, and conversions — broken down by day, shift, and employee.
Developing clear and simple dashboards (Google Sheets, Power BI).
Identifying bottlenecks and preparing analytical recommendations to improve team efficiency.
Preparing weekly and monthly performance reviews for management.
Professional Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience as an analyst (experience in telesales, call centers, or related fields is a strong advantage).
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, data visualization).
Basic knowledge of SQL (or willingness to learn quickly).
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work with large datasets.
Proactive attitude and readiness to build processes from scratch and suggest improvements.
