Business Analyst

Sunmait Technologies is an international software development company with experience in the markets of US, Canada and Western European. We are a team of talented and innovative professionals. We develop our own products and provide services for the development of web-oriented solutions and mobile applications.

We are actively growing and invite Business Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Collecting, analyzing and clarifying customers’ requirements for the launch of new projects;
• Creating project documentation from scratch;
• Studying and updating existing project documentation;
• Participating in project design and development processes, communicating with the team at all stages of development;
• Running Q&A, Demo, UAT sessions with the SME/customer’s representatives;
• Participating in presales with the delivery team (first touch, requirement gathering).

Qualifications:

Must-haves:

• Great English (Upper-Intermediate and above);
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis (IT);
• Documenting requirements in Use Case, User Story format and SRS document;
• Knowledge of requirements gathering, analysis and formalization techniques;
• Understanding of Agile methodology;
• Experience with Jira and Confluence;
• Experience in interface prototyping;
• Great communication skills;
• Analytical skills, attention to details, ability to prove your point.

Nice-to-haves:

• Understanding of the product development lifecycle;
• General knowledge of programming languages and libraries;
• Experience with tools for creating documentation/prototypes (Figma/FigJam, Miro);
• Hands-on AI tools usage experience (co-pilots, business applications).
