Financial Reporting Engineer/Analyst

Responsibilities

• Create and analyze Excel and Power BI-based financial reports
• Provide technical support, improve and automate existing reports/processes
• Data modeling and transformation using Power Query and DAX
• Provide ad-hoc analytics/reporting/consultations for finance departments
• Identify and explain variances in reporting
• Support reconciliation and other ongoing processes related to financial reports

Requirements

• Higher education in economics
• 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including flexibility to use complex formulas, pivot tables, data models, and charts
• Understanding of basic financial reporting and analysis terms
• Excellent time management, organizational, analytical and communication skills
• Basic experience with SQL
• Basic experience with Power BI
• English level – B2 and higher, both spoken and written

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Relational Database Management System (DBMS)
