Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to consulting practice leaders, aligning HR strategy with business objectives.
- Support the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, career development, performance management, and offboarding.
- Work closely with partners and managers to design and implement people strategies that strengthen engagement, retention, and team performance.
- Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, team dynamics, conflict resolution, and career progression.

Contribute to workforce planning and succession management for consulting teams.
Develop and deliver HR initiatives in learning & development, leadership programs, and talent management.
- Analyze HR and business metrics (turnover, utilization rates, billable hours, employee engagement) to identify trends and recommend solutions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and professional services standards.
- Facilitate change management processes in a dynamic, project-based consulting environment.
- Serve as a cultural ambassador, promoting company values and fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as HRBP, HR Manager, or similar role, preferably in consulting, professional services, or project-based organizations.
- Solid knowledge of HR processes: performance management, employee engagement, learning & development, organizational development.
- Proven track record of partnering with leadership and influencing stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience using HR data and metrics to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with consultants, managers, and partners.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Nice to have
- Experience in international consulting firms or multi-country operations.
- Knowledge of HR systems (ATS, HRIS, HR analytics tools).
- Background in change management or organizational development projects.
