Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the company's official website, social media operation, vertical media and search engine content creation, daily management and operation strategy formulation.
- Build an overseas communication matrix, establish a private domain operation system, and increase clues.
- Use data analysis tools to monitor the performance of websites and new media, and adjust and optimize digital marketing strategies according to the analysis results.
- Regularly prepare digital marketing and new media effect analysis reports, and put forward improvement suggestions based on data.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing and new media trends, timely adjust operational strategies to enhance user engagement and fan loyalty.
- Organized online content planning and execution to enhance brand influence and market recognition.
- Responsible for the planning, organization and implementation of department-level training plans for brand and digital Marketing Department;
- Analyze data and metrics: monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies;
- Track industry trends: stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies, leveraging emerging tools and methods to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Brand PR, Business Administration, Commerce, or Automotive-related fields;
- Work Experience: 5 years and above of relevant work experience;
- Experience in CRM systems;
- Being familiar with the Uzbekistan automotive market and dealer network;
- Having good communication skills, good cultural and interpersonal communication skills;
- Understand the development trends of the Uzbekistan automotive market;
- Good reading and writing skills in English and Russian/Uzbek; Chinese language skills are a preferred, with flexibility in requirements;
- Computer literacy and ability to work with programs: MS Office and software for the auto sphere;
- A high level of accuracy in work, with a developed work ethic;
- Flexibility in stressful situations, attention to detail and meticulous work;
- The ability to work in a multitasking and fast-paced environment and respond adequately to challenges;
- Ability to identify and solve problems;
- Enthusiasm, self-motivation, being able to work both in a team and individually.
