SMM Manager

We are looking for Middle Social Media Manager who will work effectively under the direction of the Head of SMM and in collaboration with the Creative Director to develop and implement a social media strategy that sets our company apart and delivers measurable results. In this role, you will assess the current state of client social media, identify opportunities to enhance engagement, and create and implement strategies to bring innovative ideas to fruition.

It’s great if:

• 1+ years of experience as an SMM Manager.

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.

• Ability to adapt content creation and strategies for various niches.

• Basic video editing skills in CapCut and other software, including trimming, adding captions, music, and text.

• Basic skills in Figma.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• A well-rounded understanding of trends in social media.

• Excellent organizational skills and advanced planning abilities.

What you’ll do:

• Develop strategies for projects and influencers.

• Manage SMM projects from start to finish, including creating content plans, implementing new ideas, communicating with clients, and coordinating with contractors on design, editing, and text.

• Create and produce visual and textual content for social media, including photos, videos, reels, and stories.

• Engage the audience, stimulate UGC (User-Generated Content), and develop interaction formats and mechanics to enhance brand recognition.

• Analyze content, identify areas for improvement, monitor competitor activity, and track global trends.

• Produce high-quality mobile content.

• Maintain reporting on social media performance.

What you'll get working with us:

• The position will remain remote until the end of 2024, with no requirement for in-office attendance. In early 2025, once the office is operational, all employees will work on-site, collaborating with the team five days a week from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.

• Salary: AED 7,000 in the first month.

• A 3-month probationary period.

• Employment after the probationary period.

• Post-probation salary will be AED 8,000.

• A PC will be provided if needed for work-related tasks.
