We’re looking for a proactive and persuasive Influencer Partnership Manager with experience in revenue share or affiliate models to help us scale across new audiences. Your role will be to find, engage, and onboard influencers who can authentically promote Cheelee based on performance-driven collaborations.

You’ll take ownership of the entire creator partnership cycle — from outreach and negotiations to onboarding, campaign support, and ongoing collaboration — all while focusing on revenue share-based incentives.

Your key responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to relevant influencers or partners across platforms.
• Present Cheelee’s value proposition and revenue share/referral program.
• Develop creative, performance-driven collaboration ideas with influencers.
• Guide them through onboarding and provide campaign materials.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with top performers.
• Work closely with internal teams to align messaging and optimize campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in affiliate marketing, partner management, or influencer outreach with a focus on revenue share or performance-based models.
• Confident communicator who can build trust and close deals.
• Knowledge of current social media trends and the creator economy.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and highly organized.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
