Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Influencer Acquisition Manager to join our team. Your main focus will be recruiting influencers and content creators to promote our product through engaging campaigns. You'll be responsible for the full cycle - from outreach and negotiations to onboarding and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact influencers across various social media platforms
• Present product’s value proposition and onboard creators
• Provide influencers with campaign materials and referral links
• Maintain relationships with top-performing creators
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaign strategy and feedback
• Ensure influencer content aligns with brand messaging

Requirements

• Proven experience in influencer outreach, creator partnerships, or affiliate marketing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal)
• Deep understanding of social media trends and the influencer ecosystem
• Self-motivated and result-driven
• Fluency in English and Italian.
