Senior SalesForce Developer

TouchSoft is hiring! We are a worldwide software service provider and currently looking for a SalesForce Developer to join our team.

Requirements:

4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Knowledge of the Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and nonprofit data models.

Experience working with external donation platforms and data integration tools.

Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, including bulk data processing.

Familiarity with standard NPSP objects.

Ability to write clean, maintainable code and follow best practices.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP).

Develop and maintain automated processes for importing and transforming donation data via external integrations.

Create and manage custom logic and automation.

Collaborate with analysts and end-users to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, platform updates, and NPSP enhancements
