Обязанности:

To verify congruity and competences of detail and construction engineering with a view to the execution phase
To support the Construction Manager in the drawing up of contract specifications for erection activities of the electrical and instrumental discipline
To play a coordination role in solving technical problems onsite; he notifies the event to the PEM and cooperates with him in finding the right solution, resorting to his direct knowledge of any possible aspects and impacts on construction
To implement, after the Project Engineering Manager’s approval, engineering changes and to update project documents (red mark-up) both in progress and final;
To provide technical support to Construction Supervisors in the technical analysis of project documents and in the solution – either direct or through the Engineering Service assistance – of technical issues arising during the construction, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and commissioning phases
To cooperate with the Commissioning Manager in the commissioning engineering preparation phase and to technically support this activity in the execution phase
To ensure the issue of technical documents necessary for purchasing electrical generation and distribution systems (electrical generators, transformers, continuity groups, distribution panels, local panels, junction boxes, etc.)
To issue purchase and installation specifications of lighting, earthing, electrical tracing, cathodic protection systems
To define the position of control rooms and the relevant internal layout, thus ensuring that maintenance requirements are met, together with the piping unit
To issue electrical cables and bulk material MTO in accordance with the project schedule and construction engineering
To define the best cables path by cooperating with the piping unit in implementing the 3D model
To arrange the subdivision in subsystems as well as the check-sheets for instruments, electrical equipment and systems
To issue quotations technical alignment and ensure the technical follow-up of electrical supplies
To develop specifications for F&G, ESD, Telecommunications, Public Alert – General Alarm, DCS, SCADA systems, for field instruments as well as all the plant documents
To define the best position of instruments and detectors in the plant layout, by optimizing the installation simplicity and accessibility
To cooperate in P&ID’s mechanization
To cooperate, upon demand of the Commercial Service, in preparing technical quotations for the Commercial department

Требования:

Education: High professional (technical).
Experience: at least 5 years of experience in this role

Field E&I must know:

Resolutions, instructions, orders, methodological and regulatory materials, concerning the pre-production design
Systems and methods for designing
Principles of operation, installation conditions and technical operation of design technical operation of designed structures, the technology of their production
The prospects of technical development of the company
Company equipment, applicable tools and equipment
Technical characteristics and economic indicators of the best domestic and foreign models of prod-ucts, similar to the projected products
The standards, procedures and instructions for the development and execution of drawings and other design documents
Technical requirements for the developed structures, the order of their certification
Means of Auto Computer Aided Design
Modern means of computer technology, communication and connection
Methods for engineering calculations in the construction
Materials used in the constructions and their properties
Procedures and methods for conducting patent research
Basics of invention
Methods of analysis of the technical level of engineering and technology facilities
Key requirements of the organization of labour in the design and construction
Basics of Industrial Design and Art Design
Advanced domestic and foreign experience in designing of similar products; basics of labour legislations
Internal labour rules
Rules and norms of labour, HSE riles, industrial hygiene and fire protection rules
Apply linear systems theory and analysis. Develop electrical schematics.
Data collection and analysis.
Electronic equipment maintenance.
Direct construction activities and equipment upkeep
Process In and Out.
DCS or PLC Control Systems.
PID control loop analysis and tuning.
To know automation when designing control systems for industrial machinery.
To know how to design systems with the right type of instrumentation for a particular application.
