- Carries out, on behalf of the customer, control over the performance of electrical work, electrochemical protection and instrumentation
- Carries out special checks of materials, equipment and construction and installation works at the facility.
- Ensures that appropriate quality records are used; complete, use and, if necessary, record and send to the quality control department reports of observation or non-conformity.
- Checks subcontractor cable routing and cable identification
- Monitors the performance of the relevant tests
- Indicates performance tests for continuity, insulation resistance
- Confirms the calibration of safety devices if necessary, checks calibration instrument
- Checks the installation of calibrated instruments
- Certification of tests of performance of communication functions
- Verification of certification of qualifications of specialists
- Conducting survey of inspections
- Verification of compliance with approved drawings and schedules, and equipment to be used for testing, control and inspection
- Ensuring correct implementation of the approved inspection test plan.
- Issues tasks and checks their implementation.
- Supervises the technological processes of work
- Issues conclusions on the readiness of the electrical laboratory of the contractor to carry out work at the facility
- Conducts on-site electrical inspections in accordance with procedures and specifications
- Carries out incoming control of materials, control of installation of power cables, disconnection of power panels, electrical distribution devices in substations and modules
- Checks executive documentation
- Participates in testing and acceptance of power plants and networks into industrial operation, in considering the causes of accidents in power equipment
- Carries out technical supervision of instrumentation, electrical and heat engineering devices
- Monitors compliance with instructions for operation, maintenance and supervision of energy equipment and power grids
- Supervises overhaul and other repairs of power equipment
- Studies and summarizes the advanced domestic and foreign experience in the rational use and saving of fuel and energy resources
- Ensures compliance with the rules and regulations of labor protection during the operation and repair of power plants and networks
- Prepares reports on approved forms and indicators
- Studying and analyzing the technology and quality of electrical work, equipment operating conditions
- Carries out technical acceptance of completed welding works, NDT and prepares the necessary technical documentation.
- Participates in resolving issues on making changes to projects in connection with the introduction of more advanced technological processes, space-planning and design solutions that reduce the cost and improve the technical and economic indicators of construction and reconstruction facilities
- Опыт работы не менее 15 лет
- 1. Диплом о высшем-техническом образовании.
- 2. Аттестат технического надзора в части инженерных сетей и в части технологического оборудования
- 3. Квалификационное удостоверение по Безопасной эксплуатации электрооборудования до и выше 1000 В, с присвоением группы, для технического персонала: II-III группа.
- 4. Международный сертификат Ех или CompEX или ATEX.
- 5. Опыт работу по входному контролю материалов и оборудований по Электрике/ КИПиА .
- Форма подтверждения дополнительных требований:
- Медицинская справка/заключение о профпригодности.
- Удостоверения/сертификаты о прохождении обязательных обучений (охрана труда, техника безопасности, ПТБ, ОТ, ТБ, ООС, пожарная безопасность, ГО и ЧС и другие), предусмотренных законодательством Республики Казахстан и/или условиями конкретного проекта.
