Our expectations:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner/Product Manager with a focus on web and mobile projects in the Fintech or Banking;
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a business and/or systems analyst on IT projects;
- Experience in the Discovery Phase of product development, including defining MVPs and strategic roadmaps;
- Strong understanding of payment flows, banking integrations, and emerging fintech products;
- Knowledge of Payment systems (SEPA, SWIFT, etc.);
- Experience in facilitating effective interaction between the project team and the customer;
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar for documentation and collaboration;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- English B2+.
Nice to have:
- Practical experience in working with enterprise-class systems such as CRM, ERP, e-commerce platforms or banking solutions;
- Regulatory frameworks, including PCI-DSS, SOC2, and relevant banking compliance requirements;
- Experience with banking regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices;
- Knowledge of deposit account management, loan origination/servicing, and payment processing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Discovery Phase to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap;
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including business owners and development teams, to gather and prioritize requirements;
- Modeling business processes using BPMN notation;
- Create functional documentation and requirements specifications;
- Preparing and validating user stories and acceptance criteria;
- Ensure product alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations;
- Continuously explore and implement innovative solutions in Fintech & Banking;
- Oversee the project development lifecycle.
