Advocacy Manager

Consumer Products Division: Garnier, Maybelline, L’Oréal Paris, NYX Professional Makeup

About the Role:

The Advocacy Manager will be a key player in developing and implementing L'Oréal's brand advocacy strategies through influencer collaborations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the digital landscape, influencer marketing, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to build and maintain authentic relationships with key stakeholders, including agencies, influencers and key opinion leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of brand advocacy strategies that align with L'Oréal's overall communication goals.
    • Brand Advocacy Strategy Development: Develop innovative influencer marketing strategies across a variety of platforms. Identify and engage with relevant celebrities and experts to amplify brand messaging and reach target audiences.
    • Celebrity / Experts Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key influencers. Negotiate contracts, manage expectations, and ensure seamless collaboration.
    • Project Management: Oversee all aspects of influencer marketing campaigns, from initial briefing to final execution and reporting. Support major product launches and brand initiatives with impactful influencer campaigns. Develop creative briefs and content ideas for influencers.
    • Owned Social Media Management: Oversee the management of L'Oréal's owned social media channels related to advocacy initiatives. Develop engaging content and community management strategies.
    • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders. Identify key learnings and scale successful strategies across different markets.
    • Internal Stakeholders Management: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including media, brand, trade, and commercial teams.
    • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public affairs, marketing or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in influencer, PR, digital marketing or related field.
  • Deep understanding of influencer market in Central Asia.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • English - C1
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
