Orbis USA, part of the Orbis Kazakhstan Group of Companies and specializing in the sale, rental, and maintenance of construction, agricultural, and special machinery, is inviting a highly qualified Tax and Finance Manager to join its team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage cross-border taxation matters.
- Handle taxation issues in the United States and Kazakhstan.
- Structure transactions in compliance with international and local tax legislation.
- Conduct and supervise tax audits.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize the company’s financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with international, U.S., and Kazakhstan tax regulations.
- Prepare, review, and submit financial and tax reports.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and advise management on potential risks and opportunities.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Manage cash flow and financial controls.
- Collaborate with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Work with accounting software (1C) and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of local and international tax legislation.
- Expertise in international taxation and cross-border transactions.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in tax and finance management.
- Experience working in a Big4 company will be considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with accounting software (preferably 1C).
