1. Assist Hr Manager in managing the human resources related work of foreign personnel (non Chinese) recruited by the company, including recruitment, contract management, training, compensation, assessment, employee relations, etc.
2. According to local labor laws and regulations in Uzbekistan and the requirements of the owner, do a good job in labor registration, manage employee appeal mechanism well, take preventive measures against sexual harassment, and ensure legal, fair and just salary distribution.
3. Familiarize oneself with visa policies, handle labor permit applications well, and preferably be responsible for applying for visa numbers and invitation letters, as well as handling visa work.
4. Responsible for registering residence permits and issuing letters from the project department.
5. Familiarize yourself with local recruitment channels, publish job information, screen resumes, and interview job seekers with the hiring department.
6.Develop systems, processes, and instruction manuals related to work content.
7.Obey other work arrangements assigned by the HR manager.
