Fluency in English, Kazakh, and Russian is essential, as well as the ability to adapt to a multicultural community. Responsibilities​:

• Deliver a dynamic Student Experience service that actively engages students.​

• Monitor student behaviour and wellbeing, offering timely support.​

• Answer student queries with a positive, approachable attitude.​

• Organize events, trips, and activities that support personal development beyond academics.​

• Use data and feedback to continuously improve services and student engagement.​

• Support Open Days, Induction week, Freshers Week, and career-related events.​

• Collaborate with teams to enhance admissions, registration, and internship opportunities.​

• Positive Attitude – Brings optimism and a can-do mindset to daily work and student interactions.​
• Energetic & Fun – Engages students with enthusiasm and creates a lively, welcoming atmosphere on campus.​
