We’re building a strong international brand and now looking for a PR / Media Manager to expand our media presence and drive impactful communication across global, European, and regional markets.
✨ About the Role
As a PR / Media Manager, you will take full ownership of our media relations and placements. Your focus will be on building effective collaborations with outlets (directly and via agencies), managing media plans, and ensuring that our key messages reach the right audiences.
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution — from pitching and negotiating to analyzing performance. You will work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to deliver consistent, impactful communication.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate relevant media outlets (online & offline, global & regional)
- Develop and implement media plans (channels, formats, timing, budgets)
- Translate brand strategies into strong storylines and pitches
- Negotiate with editorial teams, agencies, and partners to secure placements
- Manage paid, partially paid, and partnership media integrations
- Support earned media activities (expert commentary, op-eds, interviews, bylines)
- Build and maintain a media and agency database
- Manage publication timelines and approvals
- Analyze media placement effectiveness (CPM, ER, CTR, reach, ROI)
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and content producers
✅ Candidate Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in PR, content marketing, or media planning
- Proven experience working with international and regional media (US, Europe, global editions)
- Strong knowledge of media ecosystems, editorial processes, and integration formats
- Experience in media planning and campaign performance evaluation
- Excellent ability to transform brand messages into compelling pitches
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Highly self-organized, flexible, and able to meet tight deadlines
🌍 Languages
- English: B2+ (Upper-Intermediate and above)
- Russian: C1 – Native
- Other languages are an advantage
