One of our key clients — an international holding company that manages 12 products and has already launched more than 40 projects across dozens of countries on all continents — is looking for a Influence Manager (Asia) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze geo markets, search for influencers by region, and work with platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, and Twitter. Prepare briefs, manage influencers, create creatives, and handle ad placements. Review content and lead negotiations;

• Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies in the Asian region to boost brand awareness, attract audiences, and increase conversions;

• Source, onboard, and manage influencers, launching effective campaigns via Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms;

• Maintain long-term relationships with partners and agencies, monitor digital ad trends, and implement innovative solutions for business growth;

• Main goal: drive the company’s growth and presence in the region through effective influencer marketing and media buying.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience working with influencers;

• Ability to analyze bloggers’ target audiences and content;

• Knowledge of the social media market (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and trending platforms;

• Strong negotiation skills and experience in signing contracts with influencers;

• Experience working with CRM systems;

• Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of ad integrations using key metrics;

• Skills in optimizing ad campaigns;

• Understanding of digital marketing trends;

• Experience handling large advertising budgets.
