Product Owner (In-App Financial Services)

Tangem solutions offer multi-support of a growing number of thousands of tokens by a single wallet. SBI Crypto Investment Ltd., the digital asset venture investment company wholly owned by SBI Holdings Inc., has invested $15 million into Tangem in 2019 for mass adoption of blockchain technology.

We are looking for a Product Owner to develop Tangem’s in-app services, including swap services, on/off-ramp, staking, and other DeFi and CeFi integrations. The role is focused on driving user conversion — from wallet users to those actively swapping, selling, and engaging in recurring financial actions within the app.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product lifecycle of in-app services: from development and launch to ongoing growth.
• Define and execute product strategy for swap, staking, fiat on/off-ramp, and similar services with a strong focus on conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with developers, partners, and liquidity providers to ensure smooth integration and user-friendly experience.
• Analyze user behavior, identify bottlenecks in conversion funnels, and optimize product flows.
• Track performance metrics and iterate product features to increase adoption of financial services inside the wallet.

Preferred Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in product management (fintech, crypto, digital services, or B2C apps).
• Understanding of trading, DeFi/DEX services, or financial apps is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Experience working with user analytics, A/B testing, UX and conversion optimization.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with tech teams and external partners.
• English proficiency at C1 level or above.

• Conversion of users from passive wallet holders into active participants.
• Growth of regular usage of in-app services.
• Increased customer retention driven by financial service adoption.
