Technical Product Manager (Crypto)

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a Head of Product to join our team and lead the development of all future Crypto products and features. You will work alongside senior leadership to understand Crypto existing product strategy and take ownership of all processes, becoming the lead for the entire product development roadmap from concept ideation to customer acquisition. This role requires a deep knowledge and understanding of blockchain technologies. If you are hungry for a challenge and want to work in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

What You'll Be Doing

• Work alongside Crypto Gator's senior leadership and an external product development team who developed the product from scratch to understand and execute the existing product development strategy and roadmap.
• You will manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and iteration, ensuring effective prioritization throughout the process.
• You will manage the Product Owner and communicate all product requirements to them to create technical requirements for the engineering teams.
• You will be the backlog owner alongside the PO, creating and prioritizing user stories following the agreed roadmap.
• You will work closely with the UX/UI team, owning the design process from start to finish.
• You will own the UX in Figma, ensuring that designs are handed off to the team immaculately.
• You will be the blockchain technology leader, driving innovation and ensuring our product remains at the forefront of the industry.
• You will work cross-functionally with Engineering and Compliance to ensure Crypto Gator has real-time financial and regulatory logic.
• You will use data and user research to identify pain points, investigate anomalies, and deliver optimisations for pricing, latency, and UX.
• Supporting readiness for new asset classes, geographies, or regulatory regimes.
• You will continuously conduct market analysis to determine product positioning and competitive advantage.

Who You Are & What You'll Need

• You are from crypto, blockchain, and web3 and have a proven track record working in a fast-growing company in the space.
• You have extensive experience in product management within Web3, DLT, and Blockchain technologies.
• A solid understanding of backend architecture and financial systems
• Any experience with payment processing is a huge plus.
• You have 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• You have 2+ years of working with UX/UI in Figma.
• You have rich experience in product metrics and analytics, and can help set up tracking from scratch.
• A very high level of English.
• Strong copywriting and reviewing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or other relevant qualification.
• Product Management and UX/UI Certifications will give you an advantage.
• Excellent planning and project management skills, preferably with experience in agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
• You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and are ready to get involved in multiple processes simultaneously.
• You are exceptionally well organized and can stay calm when working to tight deadlines.
• You can break complex problems into viable and actionable chunks and solve each problem accurately and effectively.
