About the position
KT&G Global Kazakhstan is looking for specialist to lead innovative campaigns using Telegram bots to connect with audiences in smarter, faster ways. This role's creativity in customer interaction, automation, and performance analysis will drive impact across digital channels.
What You'll Do:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns using Telegram bots
- Design and improve customer service (CS) features within the bot
- Develop interactive content and message flows to drive user engagement
- Analyze sales performance and trade marketing data to support campaign strategy
- Extract insights from customer feedback and behavioral data
- Plan and manage content for social media platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute projects
- Research and apply the latest trends in digital marketing and chatbot technologies
Who We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or chatbot operations
- Proven experience in implementing marketing features using Telegram bots
- Experience in designing and automating customer service flows
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Telegram Bot Analytics, Excel, BI tools)
- Experience managing social media platforms
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools
- Strong communication and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of Telegram API or bot development platforms
- Experience in customer service or CS system operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Proficiency in English or other foreign languages
- Ability to use design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop)
