Are you an experienced finance professional with a strong background in collateral and risk management? Do you have a passion for leading teams and driving process transformation within a dynamic banking environment?
Responsibilities:
- Lead the department and participate in Credit Committees on collateral-related matters.
- Organize processes for registration, valuation, and monitoring of collateral assets.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
- Actively contribute to the transformation of processes in line with OTP Group standards.
- Closely collaborate with Head Office (Henrik and other OTP Group colleagues) to implement methodology and best practices.
Requirements:
- University degree in finance, economics, or banking.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in collateral, lending, or risk management.
- Proven team management experience.
- Knowledge of collateral law, asset valuation principles, AML/CFT.
- Proficiency in banking and corporate systems (ABS, CRM, ERP, E-Doc).
- Fluency in Russian; English at least Upper-Intermediate level.
Considered an advantage:
- Asset valuer certification.
- Additional professional certifications (CFA, FRM, ACAMS, IFRS).
- Knowledge of Uzbek language.
- Skills in Power BI, SQL.
