Chief Accountant

International Manufacturing Company is looking for a Chief Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and oversee accounting and tax reporting in compliance with IFRS and local standards.

• Ensure timely monthly and annual closing.

• Lead and develop a team of 5–10 accountants.

• Participate in tax optimization and risk mitigation initiatives.

• Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and other regulatory bodies.

• Contribute to automation and improvement of accounting processes.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.

• At least 3 years of proven experience as a Chief Accountant.

• Mandatory background in a manufacturing company.

• Successful track record in handling tax audits.

• Experience with system integration projects.

• Strong knowledge of 1C / 1C ERP.

• Solid understanding of IFRS and experience in IFRS reporting.
