Who we're looking for
We are looking for a Team Lead of ORM Projects Department to guide our Online Reputation Project Managers in delivering exceptional results for our clients’ brands.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have experience in ORM and really strong leadership skills. It is important that this person is great at managing performance and aligning the department’s efforts with the company’s strategic goals and quality standards.
What you’ll be doing
- Own project margin and client NPS
- Research and implement new ORM solutions in alignment with the Product Delivery Director
- Monitor department KPIs and make timely, data-driven decisions
- Analyze workflows and implement optimization initiatives
- Review weekly performance reports and take corrective action
- Handle crisis or critical client situations
- Recruit and onboard new employees, including trial-period training
- Manage one client project personally to maintain professional expertise
- Monitor tickets to identify bottlenecks and recurring issues for strategic prevention
What you should have
- Proven experience in leading teams and/or ORM roles
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with performance monitoring and KPI-driven management
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle critical situations
- Excellent communication skills in both English (B2+) and Russian (C1+)
- Ability to align a team’s work with broader company goals and values
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
