QA/QC Manager

• Develop and implement project-specific Quality Plans, ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans), and Method Statements in line with both international and Uzbek standards.
• Inspect incoming materials and equipment to ensure compliance with technical specifications and customs documentation requirements.
• Supervise installation and quality checks in BESS systems: battery packs, BMS, inverter wiring, and safety systems in accordance with local and IEC/IEEE norms.
• Conduct quality inspections in PV projects, including mounting systems, DC/AC wiring, inverter setup, grounding, and SCADA installation.
• Oversee Substation works, including HV/MV switchgear, power transformers, control systems, and perform HV testing (Hi-pot, IR, CT/VT tests).
• Ensure that all test results, certificates, NCRs, and quality records are properly archived and aligned with Uzbek regulatory compliance.
• Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) with vendors and clients.
• Coordinate with Uzbek authorities, consultants, and third-party inspectors during audits and field reviews.
• Ensure consistent implementation of ISO 9001 and international standards (IEC, IEEE, IEC 62446, IEC 62933) across all sites.

• skills: Electrical testing and commissioning experience.
• Familiarity with Uzbek inspection bodies and customs procedures for imported equipment.
• Knowledge of OSH (Occupational Safety & Health) integration with QA/QC.
• Prior experience in IFC/ADB-funded energy projects is a strong asset.
