Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Lead the company’s technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and product vision.

Oversee architecture and development of enterprise platforms (Fintech, CRM, ERP, TMS, logistics systems).

Manage backend engineering processes (Golang focus; frontend experience is a plus).

Implement and optimize DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.

Ensure system security and compliance with PCI DSS, GDPR, and other standards.

Monitor engineering performance using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, OpenTelemetry.

Define and track key engineering KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, Error Budget).

Lead, mentor, and grow cross-functional engineering teams.

Collaborate with C-level executives and stakeholders to drive business and technology growth.

3+ years of proven experience as CTO or Technical Director, preferably with projects in the US market.

International university education (preferred).

Strong expertise in fintech architecture, enterprise platforms, and backend engineering.

Hands-on knowledge of cloud infrastructure, monitoring tools, and Agile/Scaled Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS).

Experience in security, compliance, and performance optimization.

Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills with C-level stakeholders.

Visionary mindset with strong business and product orientation.

Fluent English, intermediate Russian.

Part-time position (3 days a week).

Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
