About the Role

We are looking for a versatile and independent Project Manager who will fully own the day-to-day development of EPODEX in the UAE and GCC markets.
You will become the key person responsible for:
• understanding our product portfolio (microcement, epoxy, coatings),
• consulting customers (B2B and B2C),
• coordinating with our German factory, and
• onboarding new B2B construction partners.

This role combines technical product knowledge, sales, client support, and operations, so it’s ideal for someone who wants to go beyond traditional sales and grow with the brand from the ground up.

Your Responsibilities
• Learn and fully understand the EPODEX product line (microcement, epoxy floors, wall paints)
• Provide professional consultations to incoming leads (via WhatsApp, CRM, email, video calls)
• Coordinate orders and product requirements with our factory team in Germany
• Attract and onboard new B2B partners (contractors, builders, designers)
• Work with CRM systems to track, follow up, and close leads
• Manage small-scale project timelines (logistics, sample coordination, etc.)
• Support the sales and marketing team with product feedback and field insights

Your Profile
• 2+ years of experience in construction materials, coatings, or related fields
• Understanding of decorative coatings, microcement or epoxy flooring — is a must
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Fluent in English (C1 or above) — both written and verbal
• Confident working independently and remotely
• Experience with CRM systems, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business
• Problem-solver mindset and strong ownership of tasks

Bonus Points
• Knowledge of Arabic or Russian
• Previous experience in UAE / GCC construction sector
• Background in working with European brands or suppliers
