We are seeking a highly driven B2B Sales Manager with a proven track record in direct phone sales to join our international team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound phone sales and establish partnerships with car dealerships across the U.S. (B2B).
  • Work with a database of dealers and actively contribute to building and expanding the pipeline.
  • Apply a consultative sales approach to identify client needs and deliver compelling solutions.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s growth.

Requirements

  • Native-level fluency in both English and Russian (spoken and written).
  • Proven success in direct B2B phone sales / cold calling — mandatory.
  • Prior experience in the automotive, logistics, or related industries is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours: EST time zone, 9:00—18:00 (16:00—01:00 Moscow time).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Resilient, ambitious, and results-driven.
