We are looking for a Technical Project Manager – someone who combines strong project management skills with a solid technical background. If you started your career as a developer and later moved into project management, this role is a perfect match.

You will manage cross-functional teams, keep projects on track, and also provide technical oversight to ensure we deliver high-quality solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Lead projects – define scope, priorities, and timelines, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

• Work with technology – review technical decisions, contribute to architecture discussions, and ensure solutions are scalable and reliable.

• Guide the team – support and motivate developers, QA engineers, and analysts, helping them grow and stay productive.

• Talk to clients – gather requirements, manage expectations, present demos and results.

• Improve processes – bring in modern Agile practices and AI-powered tools to boost team efficiency.

What we expect from you:

• 5+ years in software development (Senior Developer / Tech Lead background is a big plus).
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Technical PM.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), and delivery processes.
• Hands-on knowledge of technologies like .NET Core, React, SQL databases.
• Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) – daily communication with clients.

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) or containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor IDE).
• Project Management certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM) or Cloud certifications.
