IP Engineer

Обязанности:

1. Prepare the pre-bidding delivery solution for pre-sales projects.
2. For pre-sales projects, complete the POC test according to the process and sign the test report.
3. Plan, design, and implement equipment in delivery projects, and close technical problems.
4. Handle customer trouble tickets,
5. Analyze customer network topology problems, identify network topology risks, and complete network insight and preventive maintenance inspection.

1. Familiar with datacom knowledge, standard IP networking, and be able to handle simple datacom network problems.
2. Familiar with physical network technologies and network architecture. Familiar with mainstream network protocols such as TCP/IP. Have network planning and design capabilities. Be able to independently deliver and maintain networks project.
3. familiar with Huawei mainstream network devices (such as routers, switches, and firewalls), such as configuration, upgrade, fault locating and analysis, and emergency recovery.
4. familiar with troubleshooting, upgrade such as VPN and IPSec. Familiar with mainstream network location analysis methods and tools such as Wireshark.
5. Network authentication certificates related to datacom HCIP and HCIE are preferred.
