What You Will Do:

We’re looking for a Bitrix Support Specialist to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Bitrix24 platform and provide high-quality support to our employees. You’ll be the first point of contact for users, helping to resolve issues, improve processes, and support business needs.

  • Ticket Handling: Manage, prioritise, and resolve incoming support requests.

  • User Support: Provide guidance on Bitrix24 functions (CRM, tasks, communications, workflows).

  • Agent Assistance: Support colleagues via WhatsApp, email, and internal channels.

  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues and escalate complex cases when needed.

  • Workflows: Create simple workflows and assist in moderating more complex processes.

  • System Administration: Perform routine platform checks and administrative tasks.

  • Collaboration: Work with other departments to support reporting and operational needs.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of issues, solutions, and procedures.

  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive data with care and professionalism.

  • Process Improvement: Suggest enhancements to workflows, templates, and support practices.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1–3 years in IT support, CRM administration, or a similar role. Prior Bitrix24 experience with 500+ users preferred.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Solid understanding of Bitrix24 (CRM, tasks, workflows, communications).

    • Basic knowledge of PHP and JSON.

  • Languages: Proficiency in both English and Russian (written and spoken).

  • Core Skills: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused. Strong communicator who can explain technical concepts simply.
