Civil engineer

5–10 years of proven experience in the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and technical regulations.

Proficiency in design and engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, etc.).

Experience in preparing technical calculations, estimates, and project documentation.

Strong project management and team collaboration skills.

Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Knowledge of English and Russian languages is an advantage.

Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Plan, manage, and supervise construction projects.

Prepare and approve design drawings.

Monitor construction processes to ensure quality, deadlines, and safety compliance.

Prepare technical reports, calculations, and documentation.

Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, and other specialists.

Identify on-site issues and develop quick, effective solutions.

Provide regular progress reports to management and clients.

Working schedule: 6-day work week (or according to company policy).
