Key responsibilities:
Conduct credit analysis of financial institutions (FIs) and corporate clients, including banks, non-bank FIs, and large corporates.
Prepare credit opinions, rating proposals, and risk assessments in line with internal policies.
Monitor the financial performance of counterparties and identify early warning signals.
Review and analyze financial statements, business models, and sector trends.
Support the preparation of credit applications, memos, and internal rating reviews.
Work closely with relationship managers and provide risk input for new and existing transactions.
Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master’s degree or professional qualification – CFA, ACCA – is an advantage).
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in credit analysis or risk management, preferably in a commercial or investment bank.
Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis, credit risk, and rating methodologies.
Familiarity with banking products, corporate lending, and FI exposures.
Good understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management standards.
Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to cooperate across departments.
