Business Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and predictive models in Power BI.
• Ensure regular updates and technical accuracy of all BI reporting.
• Collect, process, and analyze data from internal and external sources (CRM, IQVIA, ERP, Proxima, etc.).
• Prepare visualizations, analytical tables, and briefing materials for meetings and business reviews.
• Analyze field force activity and physician coverage.
• Produce sales performance reports (Sell-Out, KPI-based bonus calculations).
• Support forecasting and revenue modeling across products and channels.
• Conduct financial-commercial analyses (e.g., Gross-to-Net, Cost-to-Sales, Advertising & Promotion).
• Prepare standardized report templates and presentations (PowerPoint).
• Contribute to demand planning and CoV reporting processes.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a BI, financial, or business analysis role.
• Strong skills in Power BI, Excel, and working with large datasets.
• Ability to communicate data-driven insights clearly and effectively.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical business, sales planning, or FMCG is a plus.
• Proactive, responsible, and a team player with good cross-functional collaboration skills.
