Bloomex operates 20+ e-commerce brands across Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Our marketing team depends on consistent and accurate reporting to track performance across platforms. We’re looking for a full-time, in-office Virtual Assistant to support the team by updating pre-built marketing reports in Google Sheets and Excel.What You’ll Do:
- Update existing marketing reports in Google Sheets and Excel on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Pull data from various platforms (access provided), including:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Microsoft Ads
- Google Analytics
- SEMrush
- Internal admin dashboards
- Input key metrics such as spend, revenue, ROAS, impressions, and sales, following clearly marked source links in each spreadsheet.
- Maintain and organize reports including:
- Daily spend and performance
- Weekly SEO tracking
- Social media stats
- Corporate sales and reputation management
Who You Are:
- Detail-oriented and reliable — accuracy is crucial for this role.
- Comfortable navigating multiple platforms and tools.
- Familiar with Google Sheets and basic Excel functions (e.g., sum, filter, sorting).
- Focused, organized, and able to work independently on routine reporting tasks.
- Reading comprehension in English is essential (most platforms and reports are in English).
Requirements:
- Full-time, in-office role based in Tbilisi, Georgia — remote work is not available.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and basic Excel (you don’t need to be advanced, but you must be confident with simple formulas and organizing data).
- Prior experience in reporting, data entry, or similar work is a plus.
- No advanced marketing knowledge needed — we’ll train you on everything else.
