TRUE GAMERS is an international network of gaming clubs expanding its franchise presence across Europe and the GCC. We are looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to drive lead generation, develop creative concepts, prepare materials for events, build networks, and execute effective marketing initiatives targeting entrepreneurs and potential franchise partners.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: manage performance team: search for and test new channels and hypotheses; create creative concepts and scripts for performance marketing funnels
Analytics: conduct regular campaign analysis and optimisation (tracking conversions, ROI, etc.)
Creative & Performance: develop ideas for advertising and lead magnets.
Event Preparation: provide materials for exhibitions/conferences – stands, presentations, brochures, speech scripts
Networking: identify and develop contacts in Europe and among European entrepreneurs; build B2B partnerships.
Develop CRM mailing strategies (segmentation, trigger-based campaigns, messaging for each stage).
Provide input for LinkedIn content management and community activities (WhatsApp, LinkedIn) – topics, engagement ideas, events.
Requirements
2–3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on lead generation and performance marketing.
Proven experience in working with franchise businesses, gaming, or B2B services.
Strong knowledge of CRM campaigns, community management, and event marketing.
Fluent English – able to speak, write, watch content, and conduct full business communication in English.
Strong analytical and creative skills, ability to work independently and deliver results.
