Call Center Specialist

A Chicago-based medical center needs a call-center specialist with adequate English-speaking skills to successfully communicate with patients, partners, insurance companies, and perform basic tasks in the CRM system.

We have an estimated ratio of 75% to 25% English to Russian-speaking patients, so applicants with no experience, but with good English and computer skills are most welcome. If you are a graduate and eager to communicate with native speakers, we will happily review your application as well.

What we expect:
- English level B2 and higher
- Experienced PC user (Google Workspace, MS Office, etc)

What we offer:
- Payday every 2 weeks
- You will work evening shifts: 4 hours a day on your shift choice (you can choose convenient 4 hours working time from 4 pm to 12 am). Also some sort of time splitting can be negotiated.
- 30 000 rubles during the trial 3 month period, a significant raise after.
